These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fuller Property Care's services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. SMS Program Description
Fuller Property Care may send SMS text messages and emails to users who opt in. Messages may include estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency may vary.
2. Age Restriction
By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Fuller Property Care to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
5. Opting Back In
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

7. Message Frequency and Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
